National
Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released notification advertised for
a total of 128 vacancies/ posts of Assistant Managers (Grade ‘A’ ) in Rural
Development Banking Service (RDBS), Assistant Managers (Grade ‘A’ ) in Rajbhasha
Service, Assistant Managers (Grade ‘A’ )
in Legal Service (Legal), Assistant Managers (Grade ‘A’ ) in Protocol and
Security Service and Managers (Grade ‘B’
) in Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) for which written exam is
scheduled on 01st March 2015 (Sunday) at various
centres in all over the country. A huge numbers of candidates had applied for
these posts and waiting for online admit cards for the examination. The latest
news is that NABARD has released admit cards for this written examination. Those
candidates who had applied for these post can download their admit cards for
the examination. The admit card is compulsory for all candidates to produce at
time to appear in the examination hall. In case any candidates do not have
admit card / call letter during getting entry into the examination hall, he/she
will not be permitted by any means. The admit card is valid with original photo
identity proof of the candidate. It is advised to the candidates to bring their
admit card and original identity proof i.e. Voter Card ID or PAN card ID at the
venue of examination. These items (admit card and original identity proof) will
be check at the entry level of the examination.

About NABARD AM Exam 2015 – Exam Syllabus, Exam
Pattern and Selection Process Details
The Final Selection of the candidates
will be made based on the performance in Phase I, Phase II and Phase III. Phase
I will be written examination which will be objective type. It is also known as
Paper 1. Phase II will be a descriptive examination known as Paper 2. Phase III
will be personal Interview. Phase II & Phase III will be conducted together.
Phase I –
Objective Examination
Paper 1 exam will be conducted by Pen
MODE. Paper 1 will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQ). Paper 1 will
consist of 200 questions of 200 marks from various topics such as Quantitative
Aptitude (50 marks), Test of Reasoning (50 marks), English Language &
Computer Awareness (60 marks -30 each) and General Awareness (40 marks). The
time duration for Paper 1 will be 130 minutes. Paper 1 will be of qualifying
nature only. The qualified candidates will be called for Phase II. Marks
obtained by the candidates in Paper 1 will not be added to the Final Merit list
of the candidates for selection.
Phase II –
Conventional Examination
Paper 2 will be conventional type
examination. Paper 2 will consist of 100 questions of 100 marks from essay
writing, comprehension, report writing, paragraph writing & Letter writing required
to be completed within 2 hours or 120 minutes.
Phase III –
Personal Interview
Candidates qualifying in the Phase-II
Examination and securing sufficiently high rank in merit shall be short-listed
for interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview
which will be headed by selection committee.
