Central Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank (CMPGB), Madhya Pradesh (MP) has released latest notification advertisement on 10th March 2015 for a total of 237 posts of for Officer in Junior Management (Scale I), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for qualified candidates of IBPS RRB CWE III Examination which was held on various dates in month of September / October 2014. The latest news is that the online application for these posts will be started on 10th March 2015 on the official website of CMPGB. Last date to apply online for these posts is 25th March 2015.
The last date to reprint computer generated online application is 09th April 2015. The Candidates must remind that only online mode of application will be accepted. No other means/modes of applications will be accepted. Before the registration, Candidates are requested to ensure that there is a valid email id in his/her name on any of the website like Gmail yahoo Rediffmail Hotmail etc. The final selection of the candidates will be based on performance in IBPS RRB CWE III Exam & Personal Interview of eligible candidates only.

Process to APPLY ONLINE
Interested Candidates must go to Apply Online for Registration direct Link provided in the end of the posts. It is advised to the candidates that they must read the GUIDELINES before filling ONLINE application form the click on the direct link say Apply ONLINE for these Posts. Candidates must fill ONLINE Application form (don’t leave RED star mark columns).It is mandatory for candidates to provide Mobile No. which must be filled in required column required to send password or admit cards download details or other important communication by Organization. Then click on submit button for Registration of Step I. Select the payment Bank for Payment of Application Fee. Select the Mode of Payment ONLINE or E-Challan. Attach Scanned colored photo and signature as asked in prescribed size. Enter the other required field mentioned on screen. Click on submit & lock button. Central Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank Recruitment 2015- Selection Process
Selection will be based on performance in Personal Interview for the eligible candidates for these posts. The interview will be conducted at the Head Office , Chhindwara (MP) centre for a total of 30 Marks. The interview will be conducted by two stages i.e. document verification & personal interview.
1st Stage - Document Verifications of Candidates
Selected candidates are required to bring computer generated online application, result print, original documents (10th, DMC, Cast certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of all the documents at the venue of document verificartion. 10th Certificate is used for Age Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e. PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License.  Candidates are advised to bring two extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer generated application form) required for application form or other document requirements. Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for seat available for reserve category.  If the candidate is an employer of any organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as photocopy of NOC (No Objection Certificate) with them.

·         Print out of the application form
·         Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB)
·         Photo Identify Proof such as adhar card, voter card ID etc
·         10th Mark-sheets & certificates
·         Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
2nd Stage – Personal Interview of Eligible Candidates
It is expected to ask questions to these short listed candidates. These expected questions may be “Tell me about yourself, About Family Background of the candidate, Some questions may be asked from Technical/ Subject related Terms, Situational Questions may be asked in the interview of the candidate, Conditional Questions may be asked in the interview of the candidate, Decision Making Questions may be asked in the interview of the candidate.
