Earlier UGB has conducted interviews for 175
posts of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) from 09th April 2015 to 30th
April 2015. The interview call letters were sent to email ID of shortlisted candidates.
Candidates, three times more than the required were called for interview based
on cut off marks (released earlier – available on this page). The interview

Uttrakhand
Gramin Bank (UGB)
has released cut off marks required to qualify for interview which is going to
be held on 09th April 2015 to 30th April 2015 for the
posts of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and from 13th April 2015 to
24th April 2015 for the posts of Officer Scale I at various time
i.e. 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM. UGB has also released result/ list of
shortlisted candidates based on cut off marks in various categories i.e.
General/ UR, OBC/ SC/ST/ Ex SM etc. which are required to qualify for interview
stage. The interview Call
letter has sent to their email ID of shortlisted candidates. In case they do not receive their interview letter, they can download interview call letter which are released on official website.
The final selection of the
candidates will be based on the performance in IBPS RRB CWE III and Personal
Interview of eligible candidates. Earlier
UGB had released latest notification advertisement on 13th March
2015 for a total of 259 vacancies of Officers
Scale I & Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The online applications
were invited from 13th March 2015 to 27th March 2015 for
these posts. A huge numbers of candidates had applied for these posts. Those

A three times more than the requirements of candidates are called for
Interview. The interview will be conducted for 30
marks. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted
Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview. The interview will be conducted by two stages
i.e. document verification & personal interview.
1st
Stage - Document Verifications of Candidates
Selected candidates are required
to bring computer generated online
application, result print, original documents (10th, DMC, Cast certificate –If
applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of all the documents at the venue
of interview. 10th Certificate is used for Age Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e. PAN Card, Ration
Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License. Candidates
are advised to bring two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form)
required for application form or other document requirements. Candidate must
bring Caste/PWD/EXS
certificate to claim for seat available for reserve category. If the
candidate is an employer of any organization then it is mandatory to bring
original as well as photocopy of NOC
(No Objection Certificate) with
them.

About Family Background of the candidate, Some questions may be asked from
Technical/ Subject related Terms, Situational Questions may be asked in the
interview of the candidate, Conditional Questions may be asked in the interview
of the candidate, Decision Making Questions may be asked in the interview of
the candidate.
