Rajasthan Police Department had organized Jail Prahari written
exam on 24th January 2016 at many exam centres across the state
which has been announced cancelled by the recruitment board. The reason of cancellation
was mentioned as leakage on the website. The latest news is that Rajasthan
Police Department is going to conduct Rajasthan Jail Prahari re-exam and date
of re-examination will be published very soon on the official website.
Rajasthan Jail Prahari 24th Jan Exa m Cancelation News: The exam was organized for 925 posts of Raj Prison Jail Prahari at 1400 exam centres in which about 5.77 lakhs of candidates have attended this exam. Earlier Rajasthan Police Department had notified and invited online applications from 03rd November to 02nd December 2015 for recruitment of 925 posts of Jail Prahari or Prison Warder/ Guard. The final selection was to be made by measuring performance in written test followed by physical test of the candidates. In this sake, written test was scheduled on 24th January 2016 but postponed to new date. Rajasthan Jail Prahari Physical Test Admit Card 2016
Rajasthan Police Jail Prahari re-exam will
be an objective type made up of three parts – Part A, Part B & Part C. Part
A will be reasoning and intelligence ability of 180 marks, Part B will be
General Knowledge, General Science, Social Science and other related subjects
of 100 marks and Part C will be History, Sanskrit, Art, Geography etc. of 120
marks. Each question will be four marks and one mark will be deduced for each
wrong answer delivered in MCQ paper. The candidates must score at 36% marks to
qualify for PET/ PST test. The PET / PST will be scheduled / organized after
re-exam result. The Rajasthan Police Jail Prahari Final merit list will be prepared
on the basis of written exam marks only. PET/ PST will be held for 100 marks.

PMT Exam Syllabus: It is obvious that Physical measurement (PMT) will
be organized, first and minimum physical standard and Height-Weight ratio will
be measured to all those candidates who have qualified and shortlisted Rajasthan
Jail Prahari PET/ PMT. The Height and weight of the candidates will be measured
by Electronic Machines. Timing of individual candidates will be taken by Radio
Frequency Identification Device (RFID). The PMT qualified candidates will be
allowed to attend Efficiency Test (PET). The PET / PST Exam Pattern Syllabus is

Police Prison Warder/ Guard Physical Efficiency
Test (PET): The PET will be
organized for 100 marks against order no. 04/2011. The PET will be of
qualifying nature and marks will not be added while preparing final merit list
of the selected candidates. The running will be organized for both male and
female candidates who will qualify PST test. Only one chance will be provided for
the candidates. Ex-Serviceman will be except from PST.

Police Jail Prahari Medical Exam Call Letter 2016: The PET/ PST qualified candidates will be
called for medical examination to be organized by doctor’s panel. The medical test
will be followed by document verification of the candidates. After the
announcement of PET/ PST result, the Rajasthan Police Jail Prahari Medical Exam
Call Letter will be available at least two weeks before the medical exam
schedule. In this medical examination, physical verification of all limbs and
parts of candidates will be verified by the authority.
