Commission (WBSSC) is going to organize Teachers eligibility Test for which
WBTET Hall Ticket will be available at least 15-22 days before the exam date.
The TET exam will be announced by the authority on the official website www.westbengalssc.com.

West Bengal TET exam for Primary
Teacher posts will comprise of two papers i.e. paper I and paper II. The Paper
I will be held for Lower Primary Teacher in which Class I to V will be
included. The Paper II will be organized for Upper Primary Teacher in which
Class VI to VIII will be given.
The WB TET questions will be
objective type and multiple choice in which four choice will be provided to the
candidates. The candidates will have to choose one correct answer. Each question
will be of one mark. WBSSC TET will be set for 150 questions of 150 marks. No
negative marking will be applied in this exam.

WBTET 2017 for Primary Teacher will be eligible to attend direct interview for Primary
Teacher posts. The validity for West Bengal TET will be seven years.
