SSC CHSL Admit Card 2017 will start available in the last week of December 2016 (Around 25th – 28th December 2016) for the examination to be held on 07th January 2017 and 05th February 2017. These SSC CHSL Hall tickets can downloaded on only. 

Earlier SSC had notified for 3281 posts of Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant (PA/ SA), LDC, DEO and Court Clerk for which online applications were submitted within the period of 08th October to 07th November 2016. A huge crowd of intermediate passed candidates had applied for these posts. 

The final selection for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2017 will be made by the following procedure.
1.    Written Exam
(Objective & Descriptive)
2.    Skill test for DEO and Typing test for PA/ SA, LDC, Court Clerk.

SSC CHSL Exam Scheme / Exam Pattern – Do Right Preparation with Right Material
SSC CHSL exam will be held in two tiers phases;
1.    Tier 1 – Objective Paper
2.    Tier 2 – Descriptive Paper
The Tier 1 exam will be organized as computer based examination which will be objective type. The paper will be divided into four parts; General Intelligence, English (Basic Knowledge), Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and General Awareness. Each part contains 25 questions of 50 marks.
Time: 75 minutes
The question paper will be multiple choice and a negative marking of 0.50 marks will be applied.
The SSC CHSL 2017 Answer keys will be displayed on official website for a fixed time period.
The Tier II will be descriptive paper of 100 marks. The features of SSC CHSL Tier II is given as follows:
·         Mode of Tier II: Pen-Paper Based
·         Language: English/ Hindi
·         Exam Scheme: Essay writing (200-250 words), Letter writing (150-200 words)
·         Time: 1 hour
The minimum qualifying marks for SSC CHSL Tier II will be 33%.
The qualified candidates will be called for Skill test/ Typing test. The candidates must meet the standard requirement (as given below) to get shortlisted for further process (document verification).
The SSC CHSL 2017 Skill test / typing test will be of qualifying nature.
