Today, Indian Coast Guard has declared Navik Final result under advt. 2/2017 on official website. The list of selected candidates called for medical examination has been published in which a total of 162 candidates have been called for medical examination. The medical examination has been scheduled from 29th May to 02nd June 2017.

Latest News (06.05.2017): Admit Card Released -
The admit card for Indian Coast Guard has been available now which can be downloaded by providing registration number or email ID of the candidates. The admit card for Varansi Centre has got delayed due to certain reasons. (See the image)

The date of exam will be scheduled on May-June 2017. The result is expected to be released in July 2017. The qualified candidates will be shortlisted for physical test. In the physical fitness, three events; race, squats and push-ups will be organized to be measure physical performance of the candidates.

A medical exam will be conducted by the official doctors in which height, chest, hearing and visual standard will be checked thoroughly of all selected candidates.

Indian Coast Guard Admit Card 2017 Medical Call Letter Available at www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in

The final selection process will be comprised of three stages. The performance of the candidates will be measured in written exam, physical test and medical standard tests. The finally selected candidates will be called for receiving appointment letter and intimated for joining date. The selected will have to go through training which would be organized in August 2017.

The written test will have following pattern given as under -

·         The written test will be objective type and subjects are

·         Math, physics, common chemistry and knowledge of English up to 12^th standard.

·         General knowledge

·         Current affairs

·         Quantitative aptitude

·         Reasoning

Physical Fitness Tests -

·         1.6 KM in 7 minutes

·         20 squats ups

·         10 push ups

Medical Fitness Standard -

·         Medical standard test will be conducted by military doctors.

·         Height -157 CMS

·         Chests – well proportion and expansion minimum 5 cm.

·         Hearing – normal

·         Visual standard –6/6 better eye and 6/9 worse eye

Commencement of Training Period – The basic training will be commerce on August 2017. The intimation will be provided to the finally selected candidates at the time of joining for the advertised posts. 

Important documents to be verified before final selection of the candidates–

·         Two copies of admit card with latest photo affixes.

·         Original 10^th, 12^th, certificates.

·         Original caste and domicile certificate.

·         Proof of identity such as passport, driving license, aadhar card or voter card.

·         Ten recent colored photo with Blue background.
