Nausena Bharti ATC Pilot Observer Selection Process
The final selection process for Indian Navy Pilot AC Observer will be comprised of four steps or stages which need to be qualified for final appointment joining of the candidate. This stages are discussed as -
1. Merit List
2. Interview
3. Document verification
4. Medical examination
Merit List
Indian Navy ministry of defence will first shortlist applications and fix cut off percentage in order to select the candidates for interview. No information will be provided to the candidate regarding this and list of selected candidates based on the merit list will be available on the official website. Direct interview call will be available on registered email id or on the login account of Indian Navy.

Interview
SSB Interview has been scheduled from November 2018 to March 2019 at Bangalore for the post of pilot and observer candidates.
SSB Interview for ATC candidates will be held at Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Coimbatore/ Visakhapatnam/ Kolkata.
The intimation Indian Navy SSB interview call letter will be sent on the registered email ID for through SMS to the shortlisted candidates.
The interval be organized for five days in which two stage tests will be organized.  Stage I test will be of one day and stage II test will be of 4 days.
Stage I Tests - Intelligence Tests, Picture Perception and Group Discussion Tests. Candidates who gets fail in Stage I will be retuned back on the same day from SSB Centre.
Stage II Tests - Psychological Tests, Group Task Tests and Interview.
The successful candidates will be considered for medical examination (approximately 3-5 days).
Pilot entry - PABT (Pilot aptitude battery test) with Aviation medical examination. Observer entry - Aviation medical examination

Document Verification and Medical Exam

The candidates who qualified interview will be called for medical fitness test. After the medical examination the candidates will be appointed based on merit and vacancies available.

The final selected candidates will be called for training which will be ended in june 2019. The training will be of 22 weeks for pilot entry, observer entry and ATC entry.

" Return First Class (AC III Tier/AC Chair Car) rail fare is admissible for the SSB interview, if appearing for the first time for this Commission on production of railway ticket. Candidates are to carry photocopy of the first page of pass book or cheque leaf where the name, A/C No & IFSC details are mentioned, while appearing for SSB."
