4. Attach your aadhar card, 8th mark sheet duly
self-attested by the candidate.
5. Enter your particular details, Mark sheet details etc.
6. Fix photograph & make signature in the end of the
page.

3: 4. SEND APPLICATION FORM BY POST
7. Finally check application form along with Xerox copy
attached to this form.
8. Take an envelope and write the address given below.
Mention your address at the bottom of the envelope and post the application
form to the address mentioned in the notification.
