Selection Process
Written test and Typing Test

For MTS posts: OMR Sheet based exam
·         Part A - General Intelligence & Reasoning – 25Q
·         Part B Numerical Aptitude – 25Q
·         Part C General English – 25Q
·         Part D General Awareness – 25Q
Time - 2 hours
For ULC posts – Objective & Descriptive Exam
·         Paper 1-  Objective Type Test Question Papers with multiple choice answers containing 100 questions (consisting of 50 General English questions including comprehension section, 25 General Aptitude questions and 25 General Knowledge questions)
·         Paper 2 - Objective Type Computer Knowledge Test (25 questions)
Time - 2 hours

·         Paper 3 - A typing speed of thirty-five words per minute in English or thirty words per minute in Hindi on Computer. Thirty-five words per minute and thirty words per minute correspond to 10500 key depressions per hour or 9000 key depressions per hour on an average of five key depressions for each word.
Time - 10 minutes
·         Paper 4 - Descriptive Test (in English Language) consisting of Comprehension passage, Precise Writing and Essay Writing)
Time - 2 hours

For UDC posts – Objective & Descriptive Exam
·         Paper 1 - Objective Type Test Question Papers with multiple choice answers containing 100 questions (consisting of 50 General English questions including comprehension section, 25 General Aptitude questions and 25 General Knowledge questions)
·         Paper 2 - Objective Type Computer Knowledge Test (25 questions)
Time - 2 hours
·         Paper 3 - Typing (English) Skill Test on Computer with minimum speed 35 w.p.m. (mistakes allowed 3%)
Time - 10 minutes
·         Paper 4 - Descriptive Test (in English Language) consisting of Comprehension passage, Precise Writing and Essay Writing)
Time - 2 hours

Qualifying marks
·         50% for General category candidates and
·         45% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PH candidates

1.  Go to Apply Online Link provided in the important link section. Press OK button for a pop-up to be generated as ‘You have select post LDC/ MTS/ UDC posts’ Go to ‘Fresh Candidate (CLICK HERE) to Create Log In’ Link.
2. Enter your basic information such as name, mobile & email ID. Enter security code. Click on save & next button.
3. Note down registration and password.

4. Enter your personal details. Press Next Button.

6. Enter your particular details, Mark sheet details etc. Finally upload your declaration statement.
7. Finally Submit the application form.
8. Make the payment online. Take printout of the application form on a neat piece of paper for future requirements.
