sheet details etc. in the given columns. Click on save & next button to
upload the further details.

7. Click on view application form. Confirm whether you
fill it yourself or getting it done by someone else. Download declaration
statement page. Take print and make signature on it. Upload the declaration
page. Finally Submit the application form.
