It is an ongoing process that will improve your presentation over time. Practice reduces the gap between the mind and mouth where the hesitation exists. 

There are many tips and tricks of SPOKEN ENGLISH which helps us to get good score in English Language of Exam as well. These tips and tricks include how to use proper language (effective and efficient manner) to present your suitability for the required job of both Government sector as well as Private Sector.  

Many of us have caliber to qualify entrance exams but would not get selected just because of lack of speaking in English. This is going to be a major issue to competitive aspirants to gain confidence while talking in English. Some of the candidates are not able to make his/her INTRODUCTION fluently in English. When they asked to speak in English about any of the topic for five minutes in interview, they are not able to speak continually for two minutes. 

This problem needs to be eliminated finally through using certain tips and tricks. These tips and tricks includes following points as discussed:
   
1.     SPEAK….SPEAK… & SPEAK IN ENGLISH AT LEAST TEN MINUTES EVERY DAY, it means just talk in English without procrastination by using various methods:
a)     Talk to your own-self (internally). If possible speak loudly because of practice for your tongue to speak right English words. Sometime it is not possible to speak aloud so just mumble (low voice) to your own-self.  

b)    Talk to yourself in English while taking outing to park, railway station or somewhere else.
c)     Talk to yourself in English in front of mirror (which makes a consideration in your mind that you are making conversation so that it provides words to your mouth and process of English word generation starts in your mind).
d)    Speak in English whenever you are alone at home, office, lawn or somewhere else.

      2.     DON’T SHY, JUST SPEAK 
What you want to say? Don’t think what other people would think about you.
   
3.     READ NEWSPAPER REGULARLY.
By reading newspaper you will get a topic which may be used for self-discussion purposes and through this activity you will be able to explain any incident or activity that has happened. 

Tick the typical words and search meaning these words in your language in any best dictionary. Write them all with their meanings on a slip or paper. Put this slip on your pocket. 

Whenever you are free or having no work, take out these words and revise their meanings. This will improve your vocabulary power as well as speaking in English.
     
4. FIRST THINK AND THEN SPEAK. 
Simply it says take your time before speaking. When you practice more and more the time of thinking will get reduced and process of word generation of your mind will get improved.  

After some time you will be able to speak uninterruptedly.

 DON’T BE FAST. USE THE GRAMMER PROPERLY.

      5.     USE RIGHT PRONUNCIATION FOR RIGHT WORD. 
Special care needs to be taken while speaking in English is that pronunciation should not be wrong. If you pronounce any word wrongly then the meaning of word may be change which results in wrong interpretation of sentence/conversation.
   
6. USE ENGLISH WORDS WHILE SPEAKING YOUR LOCAL LANGUAGE. 
Whenever you talk to your family, friends, relatives etc. try to use English words which you learnt from newspaper reading. While speaking in English sometimes you may get stuck by your limited vocabulary. Don’t fear it happens.
It is a time consuming process may takes 3-4 months in the starting. 

Whenever you feel little uncomfortable while speaking/talking in English, change your language to your local language which rests your mind and keep your mind fresh for another session of speaking/talking in English Language.
