Latest Updates / News - Chandigarh Education Department (CED) has released Final Answer Keys on 06th April 2015 of Written Examination which was conducted on various dates in the month of February & March 2015. Those candidates who had appeared in this written examination; they can download their Final Answer Keys of Paper I & Paper II of JBT & NTT Exam 2015 from the direct link provided in the end of the posts. The candidates can also download the result of written examination on official website which had announced on 06th April 2015.

CED had released Answer Keys / Paper Solution of Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) and Nursery Teacher (NTT) on 10th February 2015 on the official website. CED has released question paper set – A with answer keys for Paper 1 and Paper 2 of both JBT and NTT Exams. CED has released notice objection on answer keys released. In case any candidate calling objections against Answer/Question regarding the written test for the posts JBT and NTT will be entertained only by e-mail till 16th February 2015 (up to 5:00PM). The Objection on answer keys sent by post/ in-person will not be entertained. Earlier CED had released notification on 06th February 2015 about release schedule/date of Answer Keys/ paper solution of written examination which was held on 31st January 2015 and 01st February 2015 for the posts of JBT & NTT for Chandigarh Region only. The schedule of Answer keys will be uploaded by 11th February 2015 on the official website of Chandigarh Education Department. Earlier the written exam was successfully conducted at various centres in all over the city. A huge number of candidates had appeared from all over the country especially from Haryana, Punjab and Delhi state. These candidates are waiting for Answer Keys of question paper of all sets A, B, C and D. Earlier CED had released notification for filling 489 vacant posts of Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) and 103 vacant posts of Nursery Teacher (NTT) pay scale Rs. 10,300-34,800+Grade Pay 4200 on regular basis. Last date for fee deposit was 28th December 2014. Those candidates who had appeared in the written exam can download Answer keys / paper solution of Paper 1 & Paper 2 of all Sets A, B, C & D in PDF from the direct link provided in the end of the posts. Candidates can match their answer from paper solution/ answer keys provided. The cut off marks of this exam is expected to be high because of NO NEGATIVE MARKING in the written examination.

Chandigarh NTT Exam 2015- Exam pattern, Exam Syllabus, Qualifying Marks and
Process of SelectionChandigarh JBT NTT Exam 2015 was successfully conducted on 31st January & 01st February 2015. The Chandigarh JBT NTT Exam was conducted by Pen MODE. The OMR sheet was to be filled by Blue/Black ball point pen. In the exam two objective type papers i.e. Paper 1 & Paper 2 of 100 Marks each were conducted in both JBT & NTT Exam. Candidates will be selected on the Merit based on total marks obtained in Paper 1 & Paper 2. Exam Paper 1 exam was conducted in morning from 10 AM to 12 PM and Paper 2 was conducted in afternoon from 3 PM to 5 PM.
Qualifying marks for Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be 40% for SC category candidates and 45% for all other candidates. No interview will be conducted.
Paper 1
Paper 1 was consisted of various sections English, Hindi, Mental Ability, Teaching Aptitude and General Awareness of 20 questions of 20 marks for each section. The Exam was a multiple choice question paper of 100 questions of 100 marks. Four options were provided out of which candidates need to choose one correct answer.
Paper 2
Paper 2 was consisted of various 25 questions of each subject related to Math, Science, Social Studies and Punjabi. The Exam was a multiple choice question paper of 100 questions of 100 marks. Four options were provided out of which candidates need to choose one correct answer.
