| GSEB HTAT 2015 MERIT LIST CALL LETTER NOTICE |
Gujrat State
Education Board has released Final Merit List of HTAT Main Teacher and also
released Call Letters against application for a total of 2467 post of Head Teacher vacancy of Jilla Shikshan
Samiti & Nagar Shikshan Samiti in Primary School on
the academic performance. Those candidates who had applied for these posts can download
their Final Merit Marks and Merit
Number along with online Call Letters on 25th February 2015 at
11:00 AM on the official website. The First Round HTAT District Selection will
be started from 02nd March 2015 to 11th March 2015 in
which candidates choice will be filled on the official website. HTAT Category
wise First Round Cut-off Marks Percentage will be for all LV candidates up to
57.70%, for all OH candidates up to 53.03% and for all General Category candidates
up to 62.80%.
It is advised
to the candidates to keep visiting the official website of latest updates /
news on HTAT Teacher Bharti on every day on the predefined schedule mentioned
above. Candidates must download Call Letter to attend 1st round of
HTAT Teacher Bharti. It is advised to the candidates to bring their original
documents along with a set of self-attested photocopy of original document to the
venue of Counseling. No candidates will be allowed to attend the schedule
without call letter and original documents. Earlier GSEB had released advertisement for direct recruitment of 2467 vacant
posts of Head Teachers through HTAT in which all qualified candidates had to register
through online mode from
15th December 2015 to 26th December 2014. Those candidates who have applied for the posts and

Documents
Verification Requirement
All the selected candidates must reach the venue of Interview at least 20-30
minutes before the time mentioned on the call letter of the candidate. Selected
candidates are required to bring computer generated online application,
result print, original documents (10th, 12th, UC DMC, Cast
certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of all the
documents to the venue of counseling. 10th Certificate is used for Age
Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e.
PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License. Candidates are advised to bring two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form) required for application form or other document
requirements. Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category. If the candidate is an employer of any
organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as photocopy of NOC
(No Objection Certificate) with them.

interview. A candidate must have following set of original document for
verification at the time of 1st Round counseling-
