Good News! Haryana Guest Teacher Re-joining Latest News: Hearing on 17.11.2015 in Punjab & Haryana High Court, there is good news to all surplus guest teachers that they are going to re-join on their posts very soon. The High court has given permission to Haryana Government for appointment of 3580 Surplus Guest Teacher of various subjects in the government school of Haryana. The teaching period to these appointed guest teacher will be up to 31st March 2016. The salary of Haryana Guest teacher will be given Rs. 20,000 per month during the teaching period.In the hearing, Punjab & Haryana High Court have urged for ‘undertaking’ – Not Affidavit for the permanent joining of the newly selected 9870 JBT Teachers. The next hearing on the joining of newly selected PRTs will be held on 28th November 2015.
Earlier Haryana Govt. had released
4073 surplus guest teachers (3581 TGTs) after the single bench hearing on 06th
July 2015.

Haryana Guest Teacher Latest News (12.08.2015): Haryana 4073 Guest Teacher Filed Review Petition: This is latest news that 4073 Relieved Haryana Guest Teachers has filed a review petition in Punjab & Haryana High Court on which Haryana Government is going to answer this petition on or before 01st September 2015. Earlier Haryana Guest Teacher has filed petition on 06th July 2015 for the 'Double Bench' on the earlier decisions given by 'Single Bench' on the issue of Haryana Guest Teacher relieving.
Earlier Haryana Government has relieved 4073 surplus Guest Teacher on the basis of statistics of 2012. Haryana TGT PGT Promotion 2015: Haryana Government is going to promote 7500 TGT to PGT posts in various Haryana Government schools. The TGT promotion is going specially for Science and Math Subjects Teachers. News from the reliable sources that this promotion of TGT to PGT may not be a problem for Haryana Guest Teachers. It is well known that Haryana Guest Teachers are mainly teaching various subjects such as English, Hindi, Social Science, History and Political Science in various Government Schools in the state. The teachers subject load will be increased by 9 to 12 after promotion from TGT to PGT.

latest news is that Office of Director General Elementary Education, Haryana has
released Guest Teacher Surplus List on 23rd May 2015 on official
website www.harprathamic.gov.in. This Public Notice had declared that The
Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court had declared relieve of 4073 surplus Guest
Teacher in Haryana on the previous hearing which was held on 11th
May 2015. These Guest Teachers can download the surplus List and check their
name and remark in this list.

representation/reply to this show cause notice, if any, within the stipulated
time period of 24 hours from the date of publication of this notice to the
concerned Head of the School i.e. Principal/Headmaster/Elementary Head Teacher
of the School in which they are posted. In case, any of these guest teachers fail to submit reply
to the Show Cause Notice within 24 hours as directed above, their services will
be deemed to have been dispensed with after expiry of 24 hours from the date of
publication of this notice.”
