MPPSC Forest Ranger exam was
successfully conducted in January 2016 by online mode. The Exam was provided in bilingual
languages i.e. English & Hindi.The exam was an
objective multiple choice question paper 1 of 150 questions of 300
marks to be done within 2 hours or 120 minutes. The exam was composed of four sections which contained questions of English & Hind (40
questions of 80 Marks), General Studies (40 Questions of 80 Marks), Mathematics
(35 questions of 70 marks) and General Awareness (35 questions of 70 marks).
The written exam was a multiple choice question paper in which five options were provided out of which candidates were needed to choose one correct answer. Subject of Paper 2 was chosen by the candidate. Paper 2 was also an objective multiple choice questions of 150 questions of 300 marks for duration of 2 hours or 120 minutes.
MPPSC Forest Ranger Cut off Marks 2016: The qualifying
marks for both papers was 40% marks for General/UR and 30% marks for
OBC/SC/ST.

Earlier Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) had released latest notification against advertisement 04/Exam/2014/30.12.2014 for recruitment of 123 posts of Assistant Conservator of Forest and Forest Ranger in the various departments. The online applications were invited for 123 vacant posts of Forest Department on the official website from 14th January 2015 till 13th February 2015.
