BSF popularly known as Border Security Force had invited applications by eligible and well qualified candidates up to the last date at www.bsf.nic.in. Huge numbers of applicants had applied for these 1381 Tradesman, Constable, Head Constable and Assistant Commandant Posts. The final selection process will be completed in four simple stages; Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST), Trade Test, Written Test and Document Verification.
The news is that BSF will probably announce PET/ PST date. It is predicted that BSF Tradesman PET / PST will be organized at the venue decided by the selection board.

BSF Tradesman PET PST Call Letter 2023
1. Physical Standard Test (PST): In this test, physical height, chest
and weight will be measured. First physical standard test will be conducted in
which several measurements would be performed to match the standard requirement
to qualify for physical efficiency test.
Height: 167.5 cms
Chest: 78 cms (83 after expension)
Weight: should be proportionate to height.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Those candidates who qualify PST or
meet the required standards of BSF norms, their physical efficiency will be
measured by performing race of 5 Kms. The time will counted using stop watch and
candidates will qualify it within a time period of 24 minutes. Few racing will
be organized with a set of candidates and qualified candidates will be
shortlisted for Trade test.
The BSF Trade test call letters will be uploaded to attend these
qualified candidates. This trade test the skills of the candidates will be
checked out by the selection board. This trade test will be held for qualifying
nature only and no marks will be added to the final merit list for selection of
the candidates.
BSF Admit Card 2023 Tradesman HC AC Call
Letter
The trade test qualified candidates will pass written test to be
organized by BSF. The written test will be organized by offline mode or pen
mode in which questions would be asked from General knowledge, English, Mathematics
and Reasoning subjects. The written test will be given to both the languages
i.e. English and Hindi. There will be 100 questions of multiple choice
objective types and each of one mark. These questions will be prepared and based
on 10th standard.
Those candidates who would qualify PET/ PST and Trade test will be invited
to attend written test and BSF Tradesman Admit Card will be uploaded for these successful
and shortlisted candidates only. The news is that BSF Tradesman Admit card will
be available at least 20-22 days earlier to the written test date.
