Tamil Nadu has released notification Constable (GD) and invited applications from 05^th July 2017 to 03^rd August 2017 at www.indianarmy.nic.in.Interested and eligible candidates can download the notification and can apply offline for this recruitment before the last date.

·         General Duty- 10^th passed with 45% marks in 33% each subject

·         Clerk-12^th passed with 60% in each subject

·         Technical- 12^th passed with Subject Physic,Chemistery, Math’s

·         Nursing Assistant- 12^th passed with Subject Physic,Chemistery, Math’s

·         Tradesman- 10^th passed

Age limit – 18- 25 years

Physical Standard-

Male candidate-

·         Height- 165 cm

·         Chest- 77 cm

·         Weight- 50 kg

Female candidate-

·         Height- 162 cm

·         Weight- 45 kg

Physical Efficiency-

Male candidate-

·         Race- 1.6 km finished 5 minutes 45 secs

·         High Jump- 3.5 cm (3 chance)

·         Long Jump – 13 cm (3 chance) 

Female candidate-

·         Race- 1.0 km finished 6 minutes

·         High Jump-3 cm (3 chance)

·         Long Jump – 9 cm (chance)

Marks of Race all candidate- 1.6 km finished 5 minutes 45 secs

For Soldier General Duty-

·         Up to 5 minutes 40 sec – 60 marks (Group I)

·         Up to 5 minutes 4i sec – 48 marks (Group II)

·         Above 6 minutes 20 sec- Fail

For all category less Soldier General Duty-

·         Up to 5 minutes 40 sec – 60 marks (Group I)

·         Up to 5 minutes 4i sec to 6 minutes 20secs  – 48 marks (Group II)

·         Above 6 minutes 20 sec- Fail

Written Test-

Part 1-
