Process to Apply Application Form
This form is to be submitted by offline mode.
1.  Go to Apply Online Link provided in the important link section. Download the notification along with application form.
2. Read the notification carefully before filling application form.
3. Enter your personal details. Press Next Button.
4. Attach your aadhar card, 10th,12th, Graduation mark sheet, Caste/ domicile certificates duly self-attested by the candidate.
5. Enter your particular details, Mark sheet details etc.
6. Fix photograph & make signature in the end of the page.
7. Finally check application form along with Xerox copy attached to this form.
8. Take an envelope and write the address given below. Mention your address at the bottom of the envelope and post the application form to the address mentioned in the notification.
